You CANNOT download your ebooks to the BookFunnel app or read on the browser from the following:

• Any E-Ink devices, including Kindle Paperwhite, Touch, Voyage, Oasis, NOOK Glowlight, Kobo Aura.
• Internet Explorer browser
• Kindle Fire 1st Gen (2011)
• NOOK Color (2010
• NOOK Tablet (2011)
• NOOK HD (2012)
  

SOLUTION:
If you have one of the above devices that will not allow the Bookfunnel app to run, simply install Chrome or Firefox on your computer, or read it on your smartphone!

We've designed our store to show you only what you can actually purchase based on your location. Here's why you might see fewer products than expected:

Legal Shipping Limitations

Due to international packaging regulations, we can only ship physical products directly from our studio in Germany to countries where we hold the necessary licenses. If you're browsing from a location where we cannot ship certain items, those products won't appear in your view.

What You Might See Instead

In some cases, you might see placeholder products that aren't available for purchase in your region. This is a limitation of our store software, and we're working to improve this experience.

Exceptions to Be Aware Of

Books: Some books may still be available to you even if other products aren't. This is because they're shipped directly from our printing partners, who may have broader distribution rights.

Digital Products: All our digital products (ebooks, audiobooks, etc.) are available worldwide without restrictions.
