Subscription and Purchase Arrangement Cancellation Policy

This policy applies when a product is purchased as a subscription, pre-order, recurring delivery, or another recurring or deferred purchase arrangement offered in this shop.

Cancellation and statutory withdrawal are different processes. Cancellation stops future billing periods, renewals, or deliveries according to the applicable purchase terms. It does not automatically withdraw, cancel, or refund purchases, digital content, or physical items that have already been paid for, shipped, provided, or made available.

If you want to cancel a subscription or recurring purchase arrangement for future billing periods or future deliveries, please use the cancellation option in your customer account, where available, or contact us at support (at) hunterlassal (dot) com.

Please include:

  • your order number or subscription number;
  • the name and email address used for the order or subscription;
  • the subscription, pre-order, recurring delivery, or other purchase arrangement you want to cancel;
  • whether you want to cancel future renewals only or need help with a specific order or delivery.

If an item connected to a subscription, pre-order, recurring delivery, or other purchase arrangement is damaged, defective, incorrect, or was not provided properly, please contact us at support (at) hunterlassal (dot) com and include your order number or subscription number.
