Shipping policy

When you purchase goods from our Site (www.hunterlassal.com), hereafter known as the Site, the goods will be delivered through one of the following methods:

  1. Access to digital goods is delivered instantly by an email from BookFunnel to the email address you used at Checkout. If you do not see the email, please check your Spam, or if using Gmail, check your Promotions tab.

  2. Premium editions are produced on demand by Lulu Press in printing facilities in France, India, Australia, Great Britain, Canada, and the USA and shipped worldwide. Standard production time is 3 - 5 business days. Books will be shipped after printing is completed. You can only track your book shipment if you select trackable shipping at checkout. Shipping times depend on many factors beyond our control. Incorrect delivery addresses, customs delays, natural disasters, and delivery restrictions may delay your order.

  3. Signed books, treasure hunts, notebooks, journals, greeting cards, and both wall and desk calendars are shipped via DHL from Germany. Preparation and packaging typically take 1 to 2 business days. Items will be shipped after packaging is completed. You can only track your shipment of items from Germany if you select trackable shipping at checkout.

    The shipping times depend on many factors that we cannot control. According to DHL, the average shipping times are:

    • In Europe: 3 to 5 working days, depending on the location (up to 8 days for island locations) and the chosen shipping method
    • To the United Kingdom: 3 to 5 working days, depending on the location and the chosen shipping method
    • To the USA: 6 to 12 working days, depending on the location and the chosen shipping method
    • To Canada: 7 to 30 working days, depending on the location and the chosen shipping method
    • To Australia: 8 to 14 working days, depending on the location and the chosen shipping method
    • To New Zealand: 10 to 20 working days, depending on the location and the chosen shipping method

Please make sure to provide us with a complete and accurate delivery address, including the name of the recipient of the physical goods. We are not liable for the delivery of your goods to the wrong address or wrong person as a result of you providing us with inaccurate or incomplete information.

Deliveries to EU Countries

In accordance with EU packaging licensing regulations, our direct shipping is currently limited to customers in the following EU countries: Germany, Belgium, Estonia, Finland, the Netherlands, the Czech Republic, Croatia, Malta, Latvia, and Norway. Additionally, we ship to customers in the non-EU countries of Switzerland, Liechtenstein, and Great Britain. We ensure compliance with all EU regulations and directives regarding taxes and fees, and we strive to make the checkout process as simple and transparent as possible.

If you are located in any of the remaining EU Countries (in the Customs Union), you will only be able to check out digital products and products supplied by our printing partners (who have additional packaging licenses) that print and ship directly to you.

Things to Consider When Shipping Abroad

Attention! Depending on the country, customs and/or import fees may be charged. These costs are not covered by the shipping fees we charge and must be paid separately by you on-site to the respective authority in your country. Please inform yourself about local customs duties and fees before placing your order.
