Refund policy
We want you to be completely happy with your purchase from our store. If for any reason you are not, we will gladly accept returns.
Returns
Our return policy lasts 30 days. If more than 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- in the same condition that you received it in, unworn or unused
- with tags
- in its original packaging
- you will also need the receipt or proof of purchase

If your return is accepted, we'll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how to proceed.
Please do not return your purchase without contacting us first at support (at) hunterlassal (dot) com. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return cannot be accepted.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned:
- Gift cards
- Personalized items
- Custom products (such as special orders)
- Downloadable software products (with the exception of ebooks & audiobooks managed by Bookfunnel)
- Sale items (including B-Grade Sales)
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
REGARDING DAMAGED ITEMS: If you receive any damaged items, you have 30 days to report the damage. Please send an email to support (at) hunterlassal (dot) com with your order number and photographs of the damaged item. We typically respond to these inquiries within 1-3 business days. After a review of the condition of the items, we will determine with each individual customer whether a refund or replacement will be issued.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS: If you haven't received a refund yet:
- First check your bank account again.
- Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
- If you've done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support (at) hunterlassal (dot) com
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support (at) hunterlassal (dot) com and we will arrange for the exchange.
Shipping
Please email support (at) hunterlassal (dot) com for instructions on how to ship back your return. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. If you are shipping item(s) over $25, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
European Union 14-day Cooling Off Period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is not customized and being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Associated Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at support (at) hunterlassal (dot) com.
European Right of Withdrawal for Goods
For contracts concerning the delivery of goods to the European Union, the customer has the following right of withdrawal:

Right of Withdrawal European customers have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day:
- on which you or a third party nominated by you, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the goods, if you have ordered one or more goods as part of a single order and the goods are delivered uniformly;
- on which you or a third party nominated by you, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the last good, if you have ordered several goods as part of a single order and the goods are delivered separately;
- on which you or a third party nominated by you, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the last partial shipment or the last piece, if you have ordered a good that is delivered in multiple partial shipments or pieces.
If several of the aforementioned alternatives are applicable, the withdrawal period does not begin until you or a third party nominated by you, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the last good or the last partial shipment or piece.

You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not obligatory. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse you all payments we have received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of any additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction unless you have expressly agreed otherwise.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.
You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired. You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
Exclusion or premature expiration of the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the delivery of goods that:
- are not prefabricated
- for the production of which an individual selection or determination by the consumer is decisive
- are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer
The right of withdrawal expires prematurely for contracts for the delivery of sealed audio or video recordings or sealed software if the seal was removed after delivery.
